The role is part of the GTM leadership team and instrumental in managing and closing large strategic deals, where the client strives to deliver large business transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Solution Consulting team to drive rapid business sales growth
- Build and drive sales strategy to effectively Go-To-Market including understanding the competitive landscape, presence, and strength
- Be part of the development of account strategy, high-level presentations, problem resolution, relationship development, and coordination of corporate resource involvement with the top future customers
- Actively engage in opportunity development and driving revenue by guiding the Solution Consulting team in closing opportunities
- Recruit, coach and mentor team members to build a high caliber team to drive excellence, including career development planning
- Review of resource utilization, planning for specialized coverage of all major sales activity areas and review of the resource matching process
- Develop quota for the Solution Consulting team and effectively communicate to set performance expectations within the team
- Act as the Subject Matter and the company Expert in C-level meetings in order to leverage the offerings and overall value proposition
- Build effective working relationships with Sales, Customer success, Sales Operations, Revenue enablement, Marketing, and the executive team
Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-growing company and understanding of different cultural and working environments
- Proven experience building and leading a global solution consulting team
- Strong success in coaching, mentoring and leadership of an exceptional solution consulting team
- Ability to evaluate and develop the existing teams and reshape it as necessary while mentoring and inspiring the team
- Strong strategic thinking, business and financial acumen including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas
- Solution consulting experience in Value Based Selling and Solution Selling
- Build long term strategic and senior level relationships
- Able to develop C-level connections and deep insight into the business dynamics of large complex enterprises and can help shape customers change agenda, as well as foresee organisation impacts brought by technology
- Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic, analytical, pre-sales, and consulting skills, as well as a track record of building and leading complex, multi-disciplinary solutions
- Proven track-record in enterprise software sales, with multi-year achievement against personal quota
- Results oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills, self-aware, strong business ethics, with a natural ability and motivation to build strong customer relationships
