The platforms technology is self-learning, improving algorithms and checking competitive offerings of products every hour, adjusting prices in real-time based on the seller’s business goals.

The Role

The Technical Account Manager is responsible for successfully onboarding enterprise level client on to the platform. The Technical Account Manager will identify customer trends (usage, needs etc’) and use this knowledge to create and deliver bespoke solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard the client onto the platform
  • Identify trends and create solutions for clients
  • Managing client relations within top tier company accounts
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor fit product capabilities and business relations accordingly
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in technical account management, professional services or success positions (Preferably in SaaS)
  • Experience with ecommerce and online marketplaces – an advantage
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Positive work ethic, ambitious and passionate attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (mother tongue preferable)
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Experience from a software company (SAAS preferable)
  • BA/BS degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience
