They are looking for an experienced leader to own the top of the funnel growth team, driving purchase behavior and intent, while partnering with product functions and leveraging the use of all available digital techniques and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Own media buying and demand generation teams and overall user journeys, including full ownership over the website funnels, website structure and navigation and conversion funnels.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product teams, Product Marketing and other Marketing functions to plan, build and execute growth initiatives that drive conversion.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to develop specifications, manage scope and deliver efficiently and on time.
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in leading user acquisition / media buying / growth teams at a B2B SaaS organization selling products with a ticket size of $50-250, with over 15,000 customers.
- Proven expert in online marketing (SEM, SEO, social media, conversion optimization, analytics & technology).
- Successful track record in leading revenue driven and cost effective business growth at scale.
- Deep experience in digital marketing tactics and strategy. A strong understanding of the technology and mechanics of B2B/ B2C digital acquisition. Experience with both freemium and no-touch sales models, and success in managing and scaling both.
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to execute on a detailed level with a passion for success.
- Hands on mentality with the desire to create immediate impact.
- Highly analytical, data driven with full excel proficiency and ability to analyze independently and drive insight from complex, multi-source data, and an ability to compile and analyze data to make business decisions.
- Expert in online tracking, reporting tools, attribution models and with optimizations of various acquisition and conversion journeys and flows.
- Out-of-the-box thinker. Ability to identify and launch innovative marketing channels, strategies and campaigns and generate new cost effective revenue streams.
- Strong business judgment & decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills and knowing how to communicate insights and ideas.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment that delivers day-to-day business needs and makes rapid progress on important long term business objectives.
