Our client is a global Software-as-a-Service cross-channel marketing analytics platform enabling marketers to see the impact of all marketing activities across channels with patent-pending technology integrating TV, social media, SEM, online display & video, programmatic, email, internal sales data, print etc. – in minutes and without IT’s involvement.
Our client is growing and seeking a Sales Engineer responsible for technical integrations of client data during a pre-defined trial process. Working with and reporting to the VP of Sales in New York the individual will play a key role in driving North American expansion through customer acquisition and revenue. This is a ground floor opportunity to join an early stage startup that is experiencing tremendous growth!
Responsibilities for Sales Engineer:
- Work with key Advertiser/Brand direct relationships during proof of concept trial period
- Managing the technical integrations within the platform as part of the sales process.
- Supporting NA Sales Team with complex client set-ups
- Comfortable/Experience with SQL, Excel, Python, Javascripts, ect.
- Develop and maintain client relationships with allocated accounts until close
- Facilitate smooth hand off of key accounts to Account Management Team
- Identifying and fixing technical issues, liaise with Account Management, Tier2, Product Team
- Identify and scope new platform features and functionality and participate in product planning sessions
- Build a strong team environment and set structure for future Sales Engineering team members
Qualifications for Sales Engineer:
- 3+ years experience in SaaS, digital analytics, preferably in top tier media agency or Adtech vendor preferred
- Previous technical experience, preferably in the database technology sector
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Natural ability for consultative and solution-based selling
- Motivated self-starter who is hungry to win
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
- S. or B.A. degree
- Competitive salary and OTE dependent on experience.

$100,000- $120,000 + OTE DOE
