About the role: Our client is seeking an intelligent and resourceful inhouse recruiter to run the US recruitment efforts alongside a small global HR team and reporting into head of HR. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, to developing and growing the team, while developing and maintaining the culture, building processes and contributing to employee relations.
Responsibilities for the Recruiter:
- Develop strategies to streamline the hiring process; manage the job board, agencies, and conduct interviews; recruit, retain, and onboard new hires.
- Source and attract candidates using social media, job boards and placement agencies.
- Use Boolean Logic, x-raying and networking in order to attract the best candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to write and manage job descriptions.
- Conduct phone and frontal interviews.
- Manage the entire hiring process E2E.
- Being the focal point with recruitment agencies.
Ideal Requirements for the Recruiter:
- 4+ years’ work experience as a recruitment professional in a hi-tech environment
- Proven sourcing experience with customer facing positions (Marketing, Sales, Analytics etc)
- Prior experience working in a fast paced growing startup – ideal
- Past experience in working globally
- Passion for ‘hands on’ recruitment
- Brilliant communicator, team player, hard worker, independent, and fun to work with
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & other social media recruitment tools
- A ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to manage many priorities in a hectic environment
- Working knowledge of US Employment Law
- Bachelors degree
