The Role
The Director of Marketing will be helping to position the company as a market leader within the industry and making it a brand name that is recognizable and trusted by enterprise and mid-tier online retailers.
Responsibilities for Marketing Director:
- Working collaboratively as a key leader to plan and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company.
- Hands on leadership of the development, design, management, and execution of marketing and PR programs.
- Focus on lead generation needs.
- Driving the overall look and feel of the client’s brand as presented through the marketing collateral, conference materials, web and email marketing and print products.
- Developing the product marketing strategy.
- Identifying and closing the gap between the company’s real value and its perceived value within the market.
Requirements for Marketing Director:
- A minimum 6+ years of experience in managing all stages of the B2B marketing funnel with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proven experience in managing a small team of Marketers at a startup – branding and positioning it to be a market leader, recognizable by enterprise-level customers.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Content, Communications and Product MarketingProven execution skills – getting the right stuff done day-in and day-out.
- Able and excited to do hands-on work while building a great team.
- Analytic approach to monitoring and analyzing marketing campaigns and ROI
Salary
