Out client is looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative HR Specialist who will be responsible for all HR aspects for the growing US office. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring and onboarding in addition to employee relations, retention and building the employer brand.
You will reach out to top talent candidates in various business fields and be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process. You’ll have a deep understanding of business plans and strategy, partner with business leadership, profile the best candidates, develop channels and sourcing strategies to engage to talents, build the most effective hiring process with an exceptional candidate experience, interviews, and act a partner in all hiring decision making
The HR Specialist Role:
- You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, opening positions, coordinating interviews, hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Develop strategies to streamline continuously improve the hiring process and retention.
- Lead and manage new employee onboarding process – from training, orientation, employee relations and more.
- Support US HR processes such as continuous feedback and team review, help train employees and managers on HR policy and processes to create clarity and alignment
- Develop and lead initiatives to foster the DNA, employer brand and culture.
Ideal Skills and Experience for HR Specialist Role:
- 3-4 recruitment experience in a growing tech startup – must
- Additional experience as an HR Specialist is important
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and help lead change, recognize trends, and identify systemic flaws
- Experience partnering with senior executives, and teams within a complex, matrixed environment
- Strong business and people acumen, curiosity, learning agility, and learning/growth mindset
- Knowledge of local employment laws to ensure compliance in the US and the ability to apply those laws to our current and future employees
- Ability to influence, develop, and implement strategic HR plans
- Highly organized and able to create structure in an unstructured environment
- Stellar interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, both verbally and written and at a level suitable for a variety of audiences
- Excellent listening skills, inquisitive, positive, team-oriented and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and prioritize
