About our client: Our client is a succesful B2B Saas platform with series D funding. They are seeking a strategic and tactical Digital Marketing Manager with 3+ years’ experience.
About the role: The ideal candidate will plan and execute all paid digital marketing, including: inbound performance channels (SEM, SEO, anonymous audience segmentation), outbound (Linkedin, display, ABM tools) and more.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and engage with key personas from target companies while refining existing acquisition marketing programs and test new ones
- Own campaign development and setup for online marketing efforts including emails, landing pages and ads
- Prioritize and project manage growth experiments to ensure ongoing optimization of acquisition efforts and to test new tactics
- Manage SEO strategy, optimizing on-page and evaluating off-page sources for high-quality traffic
- Test and optimize paid advertising
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing across email, content, and social
- Measure marketing effectiveness and regularly implement changes to improve performance
- Focus on growth through digital journeys and create high performing and measurable conversion based programs
- Advance the use of technology for the ABM program to drive personalization and scale focused on the buyers’ journey, delivering the right marketing program and content at the right time
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience (B2B)
- Strong writing skills (esp copywriting)
- Email marketing experience including creating and optimizing for engagement
- SEO and on-site conversion rate optimization experience
- Experience executing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipelines
- Tactical paid advertising; search engine marketing (SEM) and retargeting experience
- Able to quickly learn and become fluent in new technologies
Design and/or technical help:
- Strong analytic skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics; SQL experience preferred (not required)
- Experience with paid social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. International platforms are a plus.
- Deep understanding and experience with programmatic media buying and display marketing to highly targeted audiences
- Extensive search/PPC experience
- Strong analytical background and ability to critically analyze and leverage performance data to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Thorough understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot, Marketo, etc)
- Experience with strategy development to drive relevant traffic to the company web properties
- Skilled in audience segmentation and persona targeting
- Experience running global online lead generation campaigns for B2B audiences preferred
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors, as well as partnering cross-functionally with internal teams
