The Role
Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the New York team. This individual will lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns with an emphasis on ROI analysis to identify optimization opportunities. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with sales, product and 3rd party agencies to drive lead generation for customer acquisition.
Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Manger:
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase lead flow and nurture leads. Involves content requirements, design elements, campaign logic, reporting setup, and supporting systems management.
- Campaigns will include retargeting, paid search, display, and other paid channels.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage reporting of all ROI on campaigns and channels.
Analytics:
- Optimize and streamline Google Analytics by creating custom reports, goals, and events
- Utilize Salesforce and Hubspot to create marketing pipeline reporting for channels including website, email, and paid campaigns.
- Create & optimize strategy for lead nurturing and scoring by using Hubspot reporting and other tools
SEO:
- Ensure all marketing copy is optimized with targeted keywords.
- Optimize SEO on website and landing pages, including h1 tags, metadescriptions, etc.
- Website & Landing Pages:
- Execute and analyze A/B testing throughout the site and landing pages.
- Strategize and implement retargeting campaigns.
- Manage and execute wordpress CMS content updates.
- Assist in the website relaunch.
Qualifications for Digital Marketing Manager:
- 3+ year’s experience in Digital Marketing, in a SaaS B2B based company
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, paid search, retargeting, and Google Adwords campaigns
- Understanding of lead generation and tracking – experience with marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc) and Salesforce CRM a must
- Strong data analytics experience with ability to create reporting in Salesforce and Hubspot
- Ability to build reports and understand conversion flows within Google Analytics
- Understanding of SEO and previous experience implementing SEO best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, with strong academic track record
- Knowledge of Financial industry a huge plus
