Step 4: Delivery
Throughout the sourcing process, we will send a curated selection of resumes and bios of the candidates we believe are ideal matches and have met in person.
Step 5: Client Interviews and continued sourcing
We will assist in scheduling jobseeker interviews and will continue to source and pivot as needed until we find the perfect match! The success fee is contingent on you hiring an Agility Talent jobseeker.
