About our client: Our client is a SaaS performance management solution that leverages employee and customer data to blend real-time performance management and seamlessly integrate with all major enterprise systems. They are well funded, have a great work/life culture, headquartered in NYC and growing!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from hunting to discovery to closure
  • Meet or exceed defined sales quotas as it relates to overall company goals
  • Negotiate and obtain signed deals
  • Develop and manage the relationships within your named accounts, among them C-level executives
  • Demonstrate/ sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts and build business cases
  • Work with other departments to prioritize, coordinate and apply resources where needed
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in an international start-up environment
  • Prepare material and market research in preparation for all meetings and appointments.
  • Orchestrate team selling and leverage internal resources to push deals forward
  • Forecast all revenue activities weekly, monthly and quarterly with accuracy

 Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software selling experience in information technology market – must
  • Experience selling to Call Centers/Sales Organizations/Business and revenue generating teams – must
  • Track record of success selling into Large Enterprise companies – must
  • Consistent track record of success with $1.5M + quota, Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% in your company)
  • Demonstrated success selling 500k+ deals in Land and Expand model
  • Has worked for an organization that is creating a “disruption”
  • Can manage install base accounts and create Target list for quarterly account penetration
  • B2B, SaaS & CRM experience
  • Sales Methodologies- Challenger Sales, MEDDIC
  • Understands Complex Sales Motions and how to orchestrate organizational resources into account
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles is a startup or small company environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills over phone and web conferences
  • Effective communication skills over the phone and web conferencing

BenefitsOur client provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The starting range of (base) pay for this role is  $120K – $130K.
