About the role: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR aspects for the NY team, being part of our global HR team. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process alongside our Talent Acquisition expert, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring and onboarding qualified and suitable personnel to join the team. You will be partnering closely with business leaders across the US team, your work will be instrumental in developing and growing the team, while developing and maintaining the culture and values.
Ideal Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of proven experience of HR management in a small/mid-size tech company
- Proven experience with identifying talents for customer facing positions (Marketing, Sales, CS, etc)
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced growing startup – ideal.
- Experience in working globally – Ideal
- Experienced working with management with consultancy and business partnership skills
- A proven track record of developing standards for hiring, fostering teamwork, and spearheading operation processes
- Passion for ‘hands on’ recruitment
- Relevant degree from a relevant academic institute
- A creative, resourceful problem solver, excellent teamwork skills, proactive and self-motivated
