The platforms technology is self-learning, improving algorithms and checking competitive offerings of products every hour, adjusting prices in real-time based on the seller’s business goals.

The Role: Our client is looking for a passionate On Boarding Program Manager who can turn first-time clients into lifetime fans.  You will collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Account Managers to work together and guarantee client happiness.

Responsibilities for the On-boarding Program Manager:

  • Ensuring that the entire team is providing outstanding support and anticipating client’s unique needs.
  • Manage all types of accounts and make sure clients meet their goals.
  • Manage customer relationships at every step: training, usage, upselling, negotiations, renewal, and the occasional happy hour.

Requirements On-boarding Program Manager:

  • 4+ years’ professional experience in SaaS or professional services. Your work has focused on customer success, sales management, or sales consulting. 
  • Proven experience in negotiating SaaS contracts.
  • Outstanding people skills. You are laser-focused on getting results, while remaining a proactive and positive resource to our customers.
    Great at managing accounts as you are at collaborating with all types of colleagues: technicians to C-level.

Salary

$120,000-$130,000 + bonus + equity
