Our client is a global Software-as-a-Service cross-channel marketing analytics platform enabling marketers to see the impact of all marketing activities across channels with patent-pending technology integrating TV, social media, SEM, online display & video, programmatic, email, internal sales data, print etc. – in minutes and without IT’s involvement.

Our client is growing and seeking a Portland located Client Success Specialist to play a key role in driving North American expansion through customer account management and quarterly revenue growth.

Responsibilities for Client Success Specialist:

  • Set up clients on platform, ensure deliverables match client’s requirements
  • Handle Big Data using Excel and SQL
  • Grow clients’ usage of the platform
  • Identify and develop a strong understanding of client’s core objectives and challenges
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with allocated accounts supported by team lead
  • Support clients on a day to day basis to help resolve system issues and answer client questions
  • Co-ordinate and deliver client deliverables
  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for your client on allocated accounts
  • Be pro-active in presenting innovative and creative analyst relations plans and ideas for your clients
  • Identify relevant analysts for particular activities and manage the briefing process

Qualifications for Client Success Specialist:

  • Recent Graduate-1+ years
  • Background/degree in Computer Science, Marketing, ect
  • A basic understanding of databases and data mapping
  • Past experience with Excel and SQL
  • S. or B.A. degree
