About the opportunity

The Senior Solutions Architect will play a key role in driving sales from a technical perspective and will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to create solutions customized to our clients’ needs. The Solutions Architect will also be the liaison between the Sales, Marketing and Professional Services teams.

Responsibilities for Senior Solutions Architect include:

  • Identify and apply product features and implementation methodology in the sales process
  • Scope, plan and estimate implementation projects
  • Create Professional Services Statement-of-Work for agreements
  • Establish customer enablement plans that drive rapid self-reliance
  • Interface with clients on a regular basis to help them achieve their business and technological goals
  • Partner with clients through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand client’s business needs, current technical environment and future technology requirements
  • Act as an advisor by consulting with clients and Sales Team regarding technical issues surrounding multiple technologies in both a pre and post sale capacity

Qualifications for Senior Solutions Architect:

  • 7+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS, digital analytics, preferably in top-tier media agency or AdTech vendor
  • Experience working in DB development /Data modeling/SQL/HTML/CSS
  • Comfort in analytics environments (R, SAS, python/casper,ect….)
  • Previous, client facing, technical experience, preferably in the database technology sector
  • Time management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize own workload
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and eco-system
  • Natural ability for consultative and solution-based selling
  • Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams
  • Motivated self-starter who is hungry to win
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Salary

$150,000- $175,000 + OTE DOE
