The Role
This position is a dynamic and hands-on role that requires working with all parts of the business to deliver the best experience for our clients.
The role is heavily client facing and requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong analytic skills are required to quickly understand a client’s requirements and create a solution. Additionally, experience with Salesforce.com would make for an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities for Success Manager:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts including support, onboarding, training, as well as developing lasting relationships on an ongoing basis. You will also be responsible for understanding clients’ needs and creating solutions that match their individual requirements.
Onboarding Clients:
- Lead the implementation/onboarding of the product
- Understand a client’s business and customize the product to fit their needs
- Create presentations & project plans
- Work with the training team to create a unique training experience
- Strategic Relationship: Develop lasting relationship with clients
- Understand client needs and create solutions & customization on the product
Qualifications for Success Manager:
- 1-3+ years Implementation/Onboarding and Client Relationship Experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of the financial services industry a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented, disciplined and organized
- Someone who gets a kick out of making customers successful
- Happy to work in a fast growth, hard working environment
- Bachelor’s Degree

$50,000- $70,000
